Welcome to our Ordering Guide. This page explains how to place your order correctly to avoid delays and ensure your custom product is produced exactly as requested.


Step 1: Choose Your Product

First, browse our website and select the product that best suits your needs. Each product page includes important details such as size options, materials, colours, and mounting choices.

If you are unsure, contact us before placing your order.


Step 2: Select Product Options

Next, choose all required options on the product page. These may include:

  • Size
  • Colour or finish
  • Font style
  • Quantity
  • Mounting option

Make sure all selections are correct before adding the item to your cart.


Step 3: Quantity (Very Important)

For products sold per letter or character:

  • Each letter, number, or symbol counts as one item
  • You must add the total number of characters to your cart

Example:
If your design says “WELCOME”, you must add 7 items to your cart.

Incorrect quantities may delay or cancel your order.


Step 4: Add Personalization

Then, enter your custom details in the provided field. This may include:

  • Names
  • Text
  • Numbers
  • Special instructions

Make sure spelling and formatting are correct.


Step 5: Upload Artwork (If Required)

If your product requires a logo or design:

  • Send your file via email after placing your order
  • Preferred formats: PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, PNG, JPG

Vector files are recommended for best results.


Step 6: Review Your Order

Before checkout, double-check:

  • Spelling and text
  • Size and quantity
  • Selected options
  • Delivery details

We produce items based on what you submit.


Step 7: Checkout and Payment

Proceed to checkout and complete payment using available methods.

Orders only move into production after payment is confirmed.


Step 8: Design Approval (If Applicable)

For some products, we will send you a design preview.

  • You must approve the design before production
  • Delays in approval may delay your order

Step 9: Production Time

All products are made to order.

  • Standard production: 1–3 business days
  • Complex designs may take longer

Production time does not include shipping.


Step 10: Delivery or Collection

Orders are shipped via courier or arranged for collection.

  • Ensure your address is correct
  • Delivery times depend on courier services

Cancellations and Returns

  • Custom items are non-refundable once production starts
  • Cancellations must be requested before production
  • Report damages within 48 hours of delivery
